1. Who we are

Synqro is a product of SAIG (Skylite Artificial Intelligence Group). The legal entity behind SAIG is Skylite Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, operating from London and Dubai. Synqro is a multi-tenant AI-powered commerce operations platform for sellers on eBay, Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop and other platforms.

2. Data we collect

We collect your name, email, business name, and the marketplace order, listing and analytics data you choose to import or sync. We do not sell your data. Marketplace and accounting tokens are stored server-side and used only to access your own connected accounts.

3. How we use it

Your data powers the Synqro service: orders, fulfilment, analytics, AI assistant responses, invoicing and reports. AI queries are processed via Anthropic's API and are not used to train models. Any cross-tenant intelligence is aggregated and anonymised before use.

4. Storage and tenancy

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security and strict per-organisation tenant isolation, so only your organisation can access your data.

5. Marketplace compliance

When a marketplace (such as eBay) notifies us that one of its users has requested deletion of their personal data, we erase or anonymise that user's personal data from our systems in line with the marketplace's developer requirements.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. Email: privacy@skylitegroup.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
