1. Acceptance

By using Synqro you agree to these terms, forming a binding agreement between you and Skylite Group Ltd (the legal entity behind SAIG — Skylite Artificial Intelligence Group).

2. Service

Synqro provides multi-tenant ecommerce order management, fulfilment workflows, analytics, invoicing integrations and AI tools. We are not affiliated with eBay, Shopify, Etsy, TikTok or Zoho. You are responsible for complying with each connected platform's terms.

3. Your account and tenancy

Each organisation operates in its own isolated tenant. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Synqro for unlawful purposes or to circumvent marketplace policies. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Billing

The free tier is provided as-is. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months.

6. Liability

Synqro is provided "as is". Skylite Group Ltd is not liable for losses arising from service interruption, data loss, marketplace actions, or AI-generated responses and recommendations. Verify important business decisions independently.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
